All sales are final with the exception of defective merchandise after 30 days from date of purchase.

If you find that your merchandise is defective, please contact us by email at mailto:sales@tpsproducts.com%20or by phone at (503) 463-9322 with a brief description of the defect.

Warranty returns require an RMA # (Return Material Authorization Number).

In order to obtain this # you must first send us an email or by a telephone call requesting a RMA Number. 

Defective merchandise purchased within the 30 day period, if determined by us after inspection which has been returned to us in the original packaging with ALL accessories will be repaired, replaced or credit, at the discretion of TPS Products, LLC.  Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date we receive the return for credit.

Defective merchandise returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired and returned as received.

Any merchandise returned that shows any sign of abuse or physical damage will NOT be accepted for warranty service regardless of any other problem with the product.

All returns must be sufficiently packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. All merchandise returned that is improperly packaged or damaged in shipping due to insufficient packaging will be returned to customer with no credits or further warranty repairs. Proper packaging is determined to be that the merchandise should be packaged in a box with sufficient padding inside the box around the merchandise to prevent damage in transit.

Please also note that warranty repairs take time. Your patience will be required for this. TPS Products, LLC will not be responsible for loss of usage of merchandise during this period of time nor will a loaner item be made available.

Shipping for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer.  Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility on all returns to TPS Products, LLC, unless the returned product was found to be defective and/or out of tolerance to factory specifications, in which TPS will ship the repaired or replaced product using the "Best Way" shipping carrier.
